Before entering the real estate industry, Lance was an art director in fashion advertising for over a decade. He credits that experience with forming his unique skill set, including his ability to develop strategic marketing concepts, a keen eye for design and craftsmanship, and a deep well of creativity. His love of architecture and his passion for being of service to others made real estate a natural fit for Lance. He is a great communicator adept at working in the art and design worlds, and he excels at identifying his clients' preferences and tastes. Those who work with Lance trust his exceptional style, his encyclopedic knowledge of Downtown Manhattan, and, most of all, his ability to execute every transaction flawlessly and with exacting standards.

Though he has lived in New York City for over a decade, Lance is originally from Los Angeles and earned a BFA in advertising from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. When he's not hard at work for his clients, he enjoys riding motorcycles, working out, checking out the city's restaurant scene, and going on adventures with his rescue dog, Bolo.
