Originally from Maryland, Matthew relocated to Miami in 1994 and began his professional career in the hospitality industry, where he advanced into management roles and developed a strong foundation in customer service, operations, and leadership. His passion for real estate led him to pursue a full-time career in the industry, becoming a licensed broker in 2002 and later co-founding FCM Realty Group. Over the course of hundreds of successful transactions, Matthew has become known for his expertise in contract negotiation, client advocacy, luxury homes, investment properties, property management, and complex transactions.
