Tricia Lee Riley

An accomplished entrepreneur and a prominent voice within the local brokerage and business communities, Tricia Lee is the founder and leader of the highly talented Tricia Lee Team at SERHANT. After breaking into the industry with record-breaking first-year sales numbers at her former brokerage, Tricia went on to sell over $200M in her solo career before jumping to Serhant and simultaneously joining forces with her partner, Jeffrey St. Arromand. Together, they lead Team Tricia Lee with a focus on home sales and luxury rentals.

She has been a speaker on Expert Marketing with Black Enterprise Small Business Expo, Tom Ferry and our very own Sell it Like Serhant course. Tricia is highly invested in improving and giving back to her community, regularly organizing, and running events that support, educate, and empower women in real estate and other small businesses. Named BK Reader's Top 5 Black Real Estate Brokers two years in a row for her effort with her event series, Money Matters with Tricia Lee, that focuses on women's financial wellness. She also leads a Bed-Stuy Small Business Saturday Shopping Crawl. She has contributed to financial education events such as Chase & Essence magazine's Currency Conversations, Bank of America & Her Agenda's Financial Literacy Workshops and Teen Financial Literacy education with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated. She is the go-to resource for clients, friends, and business contacts when it comes to neighborhood knowledge and recommendations, including real estate. After living in Clinton Hill, Bedford Stuyvesant, and DUMBO for over a decade, Tricia now resides in Flatbush with her fiancé, Jeffrey St. Arromand. Her evolution from high-rise Downtown luxury living to pre-war renovation and design is a proof-of-concept example to her audience of going from the condo/apartment lifestyle to income-producing property investment and ownership. Tricia is an active member of her sority, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated, the Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Academy of Music, and she sits on the Board of Advisors for Clinton Hill's V-ELMS. She is an avid traveler, and she loves cooking, reviewing beauty products, and renovation and design in her spare time.
