A native Long Islander, Jack Richardson is a Hamptons-focused real estate advisor known for his market knowledge, diligence, and strong communication skills. He is flexible and sensitive to his clients’ needs, schedules, and goals, and his industry experience and local expertise make him the ideal choice for buyers and sellers between Westhampton and Montauk. Jack worked in commercial real estate before pivoting to residential properties. At his previous brokerage, he honed his analytical capabilities by gathering accurate comps, building out portfolios, and putting together in-depth presentations. He gained invaluable insights into client relationships and the importance of listening. In his first year as a full-time broker, he handled more than 70 rental deals and did over $25M in sales. He is excited to continue to help clients find their dream homes. He makes the entire process feel safe and comfortable from start to finish. Jack grew up in Suffolk County with his parents and two sisters. Much of his time was spent in various towns on the eastern end of Long Island – summers on the beach, autumn in the orchards, and spring in the vineyards. While at Dartmouth, Jack was a two-time captain of the men’s lacrosse team. He adapted to a culture he now lives by: D.R.I.VE. – Drive, Resilience, Ingenuity, Valor, Excellence. He is a self-described foodie and fitness fanatic, and he loves spending time with his dogs and volunteering with his local youth lacrosse league.
