Nicole attended college in Manhattan and currently resides with her family in Windsor Terrace. Prior to real estate, she worked in hospitality and event design for 25 years. She has owned many restaurants and nightclubs with her husband in New York and Miami, and they currently own Goodbar and Goodroom in Greenpoint and Glen Falls House in the Catskills. Being a business owner gives her a unique perspective and talent for anticipating client needs and creating beautiful spaces. She loves interior design and staging, and her favorite musicians according to Spotify are Chet Baker and Billie Holiday.
