Paul Bologna

Paul Bologna joins SERHANT. with over three decades of real estate experience spanning interior design, smart home technology, and sales and leasing. As the Executive Manager of Sales, Paul oversees and supervises all New York-area agents and drives revenue growth through recruitment and individual agent development. He is excited to be working at a firm that breaks traditional molds and leverages the power of technology and social media to enhance agent and client success.

Born and raised in Manhattan on the Upper East Side, Paul knows the city like his own backyard. He started out in interior design and then obtained his real estate license, working directly with buyers and sellers in the mid-1990s. He later moved to business and product development for a leading smart home technology company. He used his experiences as an agent to help create a cutting-edge system that was eventually purchased by one of the largest telecommunications companies.

Paul returned to real estate in 2004, and most recently managed an office of 300+ agents selling over $1.5B in properties annually for one of the top 3 brokerages in NYC. He enjoys taking new agents under his wing and is eager to use his experience to mentor agents as they grow their businesses. He excels at helping agents develop buyer and seller strategies, prepare listing presentations, and navigate the ins and outs of building and maintaining a successful team.

In his personal life, Paul trades the fast pace of New York City real estate for the speed and thrill of the racetrack. He is an avid car enthusiast who has owned and tracked over a dozen Corvettes, with his all-time favorite being a 1963 Z06 Corvette. He has lived all over the city but now resides on the Upper West Side, just off Central Park.
