He provided detailed project reports and personally priced over $7 billion worth of real estate. He has also served as the Director of Research and Reporting at a preeminent luxury boutique residential firm in New York City, where he advised on key statistical market trends and produced a set of widely read state-of-the-market reports. Garrett is a well-known industry expert and is frequently quoted in Fox Business, Financial Times, ABC News, Mansion Global, Forbes, and other national and international media outlets. He is a native New Yorker who enjoys all the city has to offer and received a BA in Economics from Rollins College.
