The President of SERHANT. Ventures, Kyle Scott is an innovator who advances real estate careers through courses, coaching and community, upleveling broker competency and confidence by enhancing sales and personal branding mastery. Following a ten-year career as a broadcast and digital producer for NBC News, Scott broke into real estate in 2019 by turning Ryan Serhant’s bestselling book, Sell It Like Serhant, into a blockbuster digital course for agents, which rapidly became a seven-figure business of its own. The SERHANT. Ventures division Scott built is now a high-performing content, membership, consulting, and events business with a track record of 100% revenue growth YOY for three consecutive years. Scott has responsibility for its P&L, sales & marketing, content development & execution, and technology innovation. He is credited with expanding its client base to more than 15,000 agents in 110 countries. Scott’s innovations include the PRO Strategy Program, a first-of-its-kind sales coaching product proven to boost lead generation, sales price, and sales volume; seven digital courses that facilitate the full funnel of sales mastery; and an EdTech platform that powers all SERHANT. Ventures programs. Scott is committed to helping people achieve their full potential by democratizing sales skills. He recently launched a Sales Training Scholarship for Veterans, providing access to the Sell It Like Serhant library of courses to equip vets with the skills needed to achieve flourishing real estate careers. He is also a Cornell University Council member and EdTech mentor who advises entrepreneurs on scaling and monetizing their ideas through StartED, the NYC-based Ed Tech accelerator. Scott is a member of the American Real Estate Society, and earned his BS in Applied Economics from Cornell University and his MBA from NYU Stern. He lives in New York City with his wife and two sons.
