Over the course of his career, Ryan has closed nearly $10B in sales and represented clients in record-breaking deals in New York and South Florida, including the sale of the most expensive home ever sold in the state of Florida for just under $140M. For more than a decade, Ryan led the # 1-ranked residential real estate sales team in New York City. Following the release of his first book, Ryan developed the SELL IT digital course and education platform to teach others how to master the art of sales to succeed in any profession.

In 2021, Ryan was named the National Ambassador for the American Cancer Society’s “Real Men Wear Pink” initiative, a campaign that enlists men to raise funds and awareness for breast cancer research. Ryan wore pink every day in October, raised funds, and dedicated his global social platforms to spreading critical information to help fight the disease. In total, the 2021 campaign raised over $12 million.
Ryan currently resides in Brooklyn with his wife, Emilia, and their daughter, Zena.
